Finance Business Partner

We are pleased to be partnering with a global climate-focussed philanthropic foundation seeking to fill a newly-created vacancy for a Finance Business Partner to support a fast-growing programme. This is a remote role that can be based in the UK or overseas.The organisation works with funders, campaign groups and communications networks across the world, supporting projects focused on climate and public engagement. Following a period of significant growth, they are continuing to build out their finance team and are looking for someone who can act as a trusted partner to programme leadership. This is a broad role combining FPandA, business partnering and grant finance. It would suit someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, helping non-finance teams understand the numbers and supporting decision-making in a practical, straightforward way.Key ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for a major international programmeWork closely with programme leaders and budget holders to provide financial support and insightProduce financial analysis, cashflow forecasts and scenario modellingSupport grant budgeting, donor reporting and compliance processesReview grantee financial information and support due diligence workHelp improve finance processes, reporting and planning across the programmeProvide guidance and support to non-finance stakeholders across an international teamKey RequirementsQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or ..... full job details .....
