Finance Business Partner - Advertising / PR Agency

We''re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the finance team of a leading agency group. This is a highly commercial role, partnering closely with Client Services and senior stakeholders to drive profitability, revenue performance and financial control across a portfolio of clients. This is a 6 months temp role with potential to become perm Reporting to the Financial Controller, you''ll take ownership of the commercial finance agenda, providing insight and challenge across revenue, WIP, job profitability, recoverability and working capital. Transactional finance and monthly reporting is done by a group finance, allowing you to focus on business partnering, commercial analysis and improving financial performance. You will act as a key finance partner to Client Services, helping teams understand the financial performance of their clients and projects and challenging where necessary to improve commercial outcomes. Take ownership of revenue forecasting and recognition across the division. Lead regular revenue reviews, analysing time versus revenue and challenging significant variances. Partner with Client Services on SOWs, scoping, pricing, recoverability and profitability. Lead regular recoverability reviews, identifying risks and driving actions through to resolution. Own the WIP process, ensuring third-party costs are accurately captured, reconciled and billed promptly.
