Finance Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a growing business based in Cannock. Working closely with operational leaders, you will provide financial insight, challenge, and support to drive performance and informed decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities Partner with operational stakeholders and budget holders. Prepare and review monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis. Deliver insightful financial reporting, KPI analysis, and performance commentary. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Provide financial modelling and analysis for business initiatives and investment decisions. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and cost control. Support VAT reporting, audit requirements, and financial governance. Drive improvements in reporting, systems, and processes. About You Part-qualified or qualified ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent. Strong management accounting and business partnering experience. Commercially focused with excellent analytical and Excel skills. Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
