Working with the site leadership team you will provide hands-on financial support and commercial insight across the business.This is a critical tole requiring strong analytical capability, high-quality financial reporting, and the ability to influence operational and commercial decision-making.The successful candidate will be comfortable operating at both a strategic and detailed level, balancing business partnering with significant involvement in core finance activities such as reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Responsibilities:Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to understand business drivers, risks, and opportunities.Influence decision-making through clear, concise financial analysisSupport the Management Team with regular performance updates and ad-hoc commercial analysisPrepare, analyse and present monthly management accounts, including detailed variance analysis against budget and forecastLead budgeting and forecasting activities, including annual budgets, periodic forecasts and long-range planningDeliver accurate, timely reporting with clear commentary explaining financial performance and key trendsIdentify performance improvement opportunities and contribute to cost control and margin enhancement initiativesProduce and interpret detailed operational and financial reports, ensuring ..... full job details .....
