Finance Business Partner (2 year fixed Term)

OverviewThe role:We now have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Finance Business Partner, who would be focused on the successful delivery of a significant project within the business.This role will track tangible outcomes of the project, whilst providing a proactive forward-looking approach to the future business, in addition to reporting key metrics into Aviva.Calculating, monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators and establishing relevant financial performance reporting that is easy to understand for business stakeholders.Conducting financial analysis that identifies underlying performance trends, including acting upon the findings.Customer focused in achieving growth whilst enhancing the customer experience and reducing risk.Support business planning and processes by providing financial analysis, modelling and reporting.Provide finance and business insight to support all stakeholders across the business in key decision making.Collaborate with Business Intelligence to ensure accurate, relevant and timely data is delivered to drive the business forward.The role requires thinking and planning in alignment with Solus'' long-term business strategy.
