Finance Business Manager £55,000 - £60,000 Hybrid Permanent We are working with a well-established, purpose-led organisation to appoint an experienced Finance Business Manager to join its senior finance function. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional who wants to operate as a genuine strategic finance partner, providing insight and challenge to senior stakeholders while leading a small team. The organisation is looking for someone who can move beyond traditional financial reporting and help shape financial planning, forecasting and decision-making across the organisation. The Role Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of a broad range of strategic finance responsibilities, including: Leading the annual budgeting and financial planning process. Developing and maintaining accurate financial forecasts, with a focus on improving monthly forecasting. Leading cash-flow forecasting and providing insight into financial performance. Taking responsibility for actuals, results and financial performance reporting. Providing high-quality financial analysis and insight to senior stakeholders and budget holders. Challenging and supporting budget holders to improve financial decision-making. Managing and developing two Finance Business Partners.
