Finance Business Analyst - D365 FandO-Outside IR35

A global organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Process Analyst to join a major finance transformation programme centred around the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in designing and embedding future-state finance processes within a complex, international environment. Working closely with finance, technology and operational stakeholders, you will help drive process standardisation, improve controls and ensure successful ERP adoption across multiple business units and geographies. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery workshops to capture and document current and future-state finance processes. Design and optimise E2E finance processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Dynamics 365 capabilities. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support system configuration activities. Identify and manage programme risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAIDs). Coordinate deliverables across finance, technology and transformation workstreams. Support finance master data design, governance and migration activities. Develop and execute end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, managing defects through to resolution. Produce training materials and support business readiness and user adoption activities.
