• Basic Salary: -25,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): Typical range -40,000 - -70,000+ with uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound (warm/pre-qualified) leads via phone, email, and/or live chat
• Assess customer needs, advise on suitable car finance options, and guide them through to deal completion
• Match applications with appropriate lenders from a panel and manage the finance process end-to-end
• Use CRM or sales pipeline systems to track progress and manage follow-ups
• Collaborate internally (e.g., with dealer teams) to ensure smooth deal completion and compliance with processes
• Hit performance metrics

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in telesales, car sales, finance brokering, or similar customer sales role.
• Strong sales, closing, and objection-handling abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with IT systems, including CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.
• Highly organised, resilient under pressure, and target-driven attitude
• Familiarity with finance regulations, lender criteria, and compliance (e.g., FCA) is a plus
