Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements
- Manage invoices, receipts, and payroll data
- Monitor cash flow and track expenses
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Support accountants during audits and tax preparation
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or similar field (preferred)
