Finance Assistant Hybrid (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home) Location: East London Salary: Competitive + benefits An exciting opportunity for a proactive Finance Assistant to join a growing £8m turnover business in a hands-on, development-focused role. Perfect for someone looking to build on their transactional finance experience and take on more ownership in month-end processes. Key Responsibilities: Process multi-entity, multi-currency supplier invoices with 3-way PO matching Prepare and manage payment runs, maintain accurate ledgers Daily bank postings and weekly reconciliations Manage debit/credit card and expense transactions, ensure VAT compliance Support with month-end tasks (accruals, journals, reconciliations) Maintain digital records and assist with audit prep About You: 2+ years'' experience in a similar finance role Confident with systems like Xero, Sage, or similar Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive communicator Ideally studying or interested in AAT/ACCA/CIMA What s On Offer: Hybrid working (3 office / 2 home) 25 days holiday + bank holidays Training, development and progression opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Ready to take the next step in your finance career?
