This is a great chance to join a company during a period of growth where attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to get stuck in are valued just as highly as experience.What you will be doing:Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently (including multi-page invoices)Matching purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes to ensure accuracyManaging Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) and supporting reconciliationsInvestigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and supplier queriesProcessing debit and credit notes and ensuring issues are resolved promptlyLiaising with internal departments including logistics, sales and operations to resolve queriesCommunicating with suppliers and stakeholders, often by phone or face-to-face, to drive resolutionsSupporting payment runs and ad-hoc payment requests in line with proceduresAssisting with audit requirements by providing documentation and information when ..... full job details .....
