This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Assistant to play a key role in supporting financial operations and ensuring accuracy across revenue and commission processes.The RoleAs a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting core finance functions, with a particular focus on commission reconciliation, supplier invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure financial data is aligned, up to date, and supports business decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue and Commission ManagementReconcile broker commissions from energy suppliersTrack contracted versus received commission paymentsCalculate internal sales commissions and bonus paymentsInvestigate and resolve commission discrepanciesAccounts and Financial OperationsProcess supplier invoices and support client billing queriesReconcile bank statements and supplier remittance reportsAssist with month-end revenue recognition processesMaintain accurate alignment between CRM and finance systemsReporting and AnalysisTrack pipeline value against forecasted commissionSupport cashflow reportingAssist with budgeting and forecasting processesCollaborationWork closely with internal teams including finance and administrationBuild strong working relationships with senior account ..... full job details .....
