Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will be an integral member of the wider team. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation Process supplier payments and assist with payment runs Monitor accounts receivable and resolve any payment queries Chase outstanding balances in a professional manner Perform bank, supplier and customer account reconciliations Maintain and update supplier and customer records Undertake other finance and administrative duties as required WHAT YOU WILL HAVE: Previous experience in a finance administration or accounts role, ideally within a professional consultancy environment.
