Responding to customer and debtor queries. Setting up and maintaining payment plans. Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations. Processing invoices, adjustments, discounts and fee waivers. Investigating failed payments and resolving payment queries. Supporting month-end, audit and reporting activities.
