Our client is known for delivering exceptional customer services to their client base. With an excellent reputation and a loyal customer base, they are now looking to strengthen their finance team with an organised and proactive individual. The Role This is a varied finance support role where you will play an important part in keeping day-to-day financial operations running smoothly. Working closely with the wider team, you will manage transactional finance processes while supporting improvements to internal systems. Key Responsibilities • Posting supplier invoices on a daily basis• Matching incoming and outgoing bank payments• Preparing the weekly payment run• Issuing quarterly service invoices• Issuing monthly milk sales invoices• Managing accounts payable and receivable• Raising invoices and credit notes for product sales, service callouts and contracts• Maintaining pricing templates for field sales teams• Analysing price changes against sales prices• Maintaining consumables price lists within Sage• Managing credit control• Supporting the modernisation of the service invoicing process• Overseeing company mobile phones and data SIM cards What Our Client Offers • Competitive salary of £30,000 £36,000 ..... full job details .....
