The RoleAs a Finance Assistant, you will provide support across the day-to-day finance function, including:Processing invoices and paymentsSupporting Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableRaising and processing invoicesMatching invoices to purchase ordersAssisting with bank and account reconciliationsDealing with finance queries from customers and suppliersMaintaining accurate financial recordsSupporting month-end processesGeneral finance administration and data entryAssisting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks About YouWe are looking for someone who is:Previous experience within a finance or accounts environmentIdeally has experience with AP, AR, invoicing or reconciliationsConfident using Microsoft Excel and other IT systemsHighly organised with excellent attention to detailComfortable working with numbers and financial informationAble to manage their workload and meet deadlinesA good communicator who is confident dealing with internal teams and external contactsKeen to develop their career within financeAAT study or relevant finance qualifications would be advantageous but are not ..... full job details .....
