They are now seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Finance Assistant to join their collaborative and friendly finance team. Role: As the Finance Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the finance function, with key responsibilities across Accounts Receivable, month-end reporting, and management accounts support. You will maintain the Accounts Receivable ledger, covering invoicing, receipts, credit control, and reporting. However, this role goes beyond the transactional you ll be actively involved in financial analysis, month-end processes, and balance sheet reconciliations, working closely with the Financial Controller and Purchase Ledger. You ll also play a key role in contributing towards the company''s financial accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement efforts. In addition to the above, you will also be expected to: Raise Accounts Receivable invoices and post receipts daily, ensuring accuracy and promptness. Ensure timely collections in line with payment terms and company policy. Produce and distribute monthly customer statements. Analyse and report on aged debt, escalating concerns where needed.
