This is your chance to join the Accounts team of a well established and highly respected law firm in Bristol, in a role built for someone with drive, curiosity and a sharp eye for detail rather than years of experience.What you''ll be doingYou''ll sit right at the heart of the firm''s Accounts department, getting hands on experience across a huge range of financial processes, including:Processing payments from client and office accountsChecking and finalising fee earners'' invoicesBilling disbursements accurately and efficientlyManaging client to office transfersAssisting with consultancy fee claims and consultants'' invoicesReviewing client matter balances and investigating discrepanciesPromptly clearing residual client account balancesSupporting month end processes across the departmentHandling queries directly from Partners, Legal Staff and SecretariesHelping ensure full compliance with the Solicitors Accounts RulesThis isn''t a role where you''ll be sat in the background.
