Our client can offer, flexible hybrid working with the provision of one day working from home and four days working onsite. The working hours consist of 8am - 4pm Monday - Thursday and 8am - 3.30pm on a Friday. Key Responsibilities Managing the purchase ledger, including processing invoices, payments and supplier queries. Overseeing the sales ledger, including raising invoices, allocating payments and following up outstanding balances. Completing regular bank reconciliations and investigating any discrepancies. Supporting the month-end close process, ensuring financial information is accurate and up to date. Processing financial transactions accurately and maintaining appropriate records. Assisting with general finance administration and providing support to the wider finance team. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and customers as required.
