Finance Assistant

RM Recruit are delighted to be working in partnership with a brilliant business based in Walsall who are actively seeking a full-time, Finance Assistant to join their team on a 3-month temporary basis. This role is based onsite in Monday-Friday with hours of work set between 8.30am 5.30pm. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to contribute to a busy and supportive finance department within a well-established organisation. Key Responsibilities: Processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts Prepare sales invoices and manage aged creditors Prepare payment runs for suppliers Assisting with bank reconciliations and month-end procedures Supporting the preparation of management reports and financial statements Handling supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships Providing general administrative support to the finance team as required Requirements: AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
