Finance Assistant 
Exeter 
Hours: 37 per week (Monday – Friday)
Contract Length: Until the end of September 2026, with potential to extend
£16.03ph plus holiday

About the Role:
A leading Housing company in Exeter our seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join a busy corporate finance team. This role is working in a fast-paced environment and focuses on accurate and timely invoice processing, purchase ledger activity, and handling financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Processing invoices and organising payroll runs
- Updating clients records
- Assisting with reconciliations and General Finance support
- Raising sales invoices and allocating receipts.
- Assisting The Finance team and handling 

About You:
The ideal candidate will:

- Experience working within Finance and accounts is essential 
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Confident working within a team 
- Show excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Be competent in MS Office, particularly Excel.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a busy finance team and gain valuable corporate finance experience, working on a temporary contract, with free parking on the outskirts of Exeter.
