Finance Assistant Job Location: Poole, Dorset (near Fleetsbridge) Job Type: Permanent Salary: £27,800 per annum Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday Thursday 8.30am 5pm and Friday 8.30am 4pm Benefits: Free onsite parking 23 days holiday increasing to 28 days after 5 years service plus bank holidays + Option to buy up to 4 days additional holiday every year Various discounts available for shopping / cinema / gyms etc. Death in service scheme Welcoming team environment Regular social events We are working with an established and growing company who supply major retail outlets with products and they are looking to recruit for a Finance Assistant to join their team. Working within a finance team of 12 you will be working with high volumes of invoices, reconciliations and undertaking data export into excel from a variety of customer portals, marketplaces and websites. Key responsibilities within this role will include: Processing high volumes of invoices Allocating payment receipts Identifying and processing payment deductions Raising credits Undertaking daily reconciliations Query resolution into aged transactions / reconciliation that cannot be balanced We are looking for this applicant to possess: Previous experience of working within a finance role Good use of using accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines We will also look ..... full job details .....
