Finance Assistant (REED Exclusive)Location: Belfast City CentreJob Type: Full-time Permanent Hybrid WorkingSalary: £31,000 per annumReed Accountancy and Finance are exclusively working with a reputable company based in Belfast City Centre who are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their team on permanent, full-time basis.The successful Finance Assistant will join a dynamic accounts team and be offered comprehensive exposure to various critical financial functions, essential for the smooth operation of their busy Finance Department.Day-to-day of the role:Treasury / Cash Management: Handle daily receipts and allocations to ensure accurate financial tracking.Client Reporting: Generate and manage client statements, remittances, and VAT reporting, ensuring clear and precise financial communication with clients.Credit Control: Implement effective credit control procedures to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize financial risk.Purchase Ledger Management: Oversee the purchase ledger to ensure all expenditures are accurately recorded and reconciled.Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support the finance team, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.Required Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years'' experience in an account''s role, with a strong emphasis on credit control procedures.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experienced in managing online banking systems.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work ..... full job details .....
