This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day finance function, with responsibility for purchase and sales ledger activities, reconciliations, reporting, and general financial administration. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of financial information across the business. Key responsibilities: Processing purchase and sales invoices, supplier payments, and employee expenses Managing supplier account set-ups, statement reconciliations, and ledger queries Posting journals, maintaining petty cash, and supporting month-end activities Producing daily financial reports for management and operational teams Identifying process improvements while providing general administrative support We are keen to speak with candidates who have previous purchase and sales ledger experience and are confident working within a busy finance environment.
