      <description>Location: Harlow | Salary: 15.50-15.50 Hourly | Type: Temporary | Are you a highly experienced Finance Assistant, available to start immediately and based in the Harlow area?We are seeking a skilled Finance Assistant to join a busy and varied accounts team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to take ownership of key financial processes and support the smooth running of the finance function.Key Responsibilities:Daily cash book reconciliations (GBP, EUR, USD)Processing expenses and monthly payroll (Sage Payroll)Balance sheet and VAT reconciliations, including quarterly returnsManaging sales ledger and supporting credit controlMonth-end duties including journals, stock control, and fixed assetsSupporting reporting across multiple entitiesAssisting with purchase ledger duties when requiredAbout You:AAT qualified or QBE (qualified by experience)Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledgeExperience with Sage (preferred)Knowledge of deferred VAT and PVA accounting (would be a bonus)Highly organised with excellent attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlinesJoin a dynamic team where you can make an immediate impact in a fast-paced finance environment.</description>
