Finance Assistant Marketing Agency Shoreditch, London Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH) 30 - 35k Assistant to support the Finance Controller with day-to-day financial operations and month-end processes.You''ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing and managing transactions, supporting payroll, and ensuring strong financial housekeeping across the business.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience as a Finance Assistant in a fast-paced environment who is looking to gain broad, hands-on exposure across multiple finance functions within a dynamic agency setting.Responsibilities Accurately process and record all financial transactions, including invoices, payments, receipts, and journalsManage accounts payable, ensuring timely processing of supplier payments and invoice trackingPerform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracyMonitor and categorise company expenses, including card payments and receiptsAssist in preparing monthly management accounts, journals, and balance sheet reconciliationsMaintain the general ledger and ensure financial data is accurate and up to dateSupport cashflow monitoring and reporting to the Finance ControllerAssist with WIP (Work in Progress) tracking and liaise with non-finance teams on project costsSupport internal and external audits and wider compliance requirementsAssist with finance system maintenance (including Paprika and Xero)Provide ad hoc support to the finance team ..... full job details .....
