The Finance Assistant will support the Accounting and Finance department in maintaining accurate financial records and processing transactions efficiently. Hours of work - Monday to Thursday 8.15am - 4.30pm, 8.15am - 3.15pm on a FridayDescriptionProcess invoices, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and on time.Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies as required.Prepare the payroll for the bureau.Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review.Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records and documentation.Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.Respond to internal and external financial queries professionally.Contribute to process improvements within the Accounting and Finance department.ProfileA successful Finance Assistant should have:A basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes including payroll.Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong organisational and time-management skills.An ability to work accurately and maintain attention to detail.A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.Previous ..... full job details .....
