Long-Term Temporary CoverWorking Pattern: 3 days per weekRole OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to provide long-term cover support within a busy finance department. This role requires strong organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes and deadlines effectively.Key Responsibilities:Perform monthly bank reconciliationsProcess Direct Debit (DD) paid invoices, typically by the end of the first week of each monthPost and reconcile ParentPay transactions on a weekly basis or in line with reconciliation deadlineMonitor and manage payments for trips, eventsChase outstanding payments where requiredSupport and process payment runs 2-3 times per monthStaff and Expense AdministrationRecord agency staff details and carry out weekly timesheet checksReview and verify weekly lunch duty claimsTransport booking coordinationIf you are available immediately and have all of the above experience, please ..... full job details .....
