You ll help keep their vital finance operations running smoothly while gaining valuable experience in a meaningful environment.Please note, this is a part-time, temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start; lengthy notice periods cannot be accommodated.Working hours: 22.5 hours per week, split over 3 or 5 days.Temporary Part-time Finance Assistant ResponsibilitiesThis position will involve, but will not be limited to: Processing sales ledger activities, including raising invoices and debt chasing using Sage 50 to support cash flow and financial health.Managing purchase ledger tasks, including processing supplier invoices via the ExpenseIn platform, ensuring prompt and accurate supplier payments.Uploading and verifying reports in Sage 50 to ensure precise financial tracking and compliance.Payment runs and performing bank reconciliations to keep accounts balanced and transparent.
