Due to increase levels of business our client has newly created a role to help with the smooth running of the accounts department. Reporting to the Managing Director and Corporate Controller, this position is responsible for supporting the Finance and administration functions of the business, along with a variety of responsibilities, including financial management, administrative support, and collections. Responsibilities: Reconciling customer statements and monitoring accounts for overdue invoices. Assisting with the accounts receivable process, including collections and cash application. Reviewing and processing vendor invoices and expense reports. Building strong working relationships and maintaining good communication with customers to facilitate timely payments and resolve issues promptly. Matching vendor quotes to invoices to verify accuracy. Confirming freight-related payments with the Shipping team. Recording incoming UK vendor invoices to support the accounts payable process Undertaking any other duties as required to meet business needs.
