• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records to maintain up-to-date accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
• Support the payroll process by providing accurate employee data and resolving discrepancies.
• Process expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems for financial documentation.
• Assist in budget tracking and forecasting activities within the Accounting & Finance department.

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
