Reporting to the Senior Finance Officer, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of accounting and finance tasks, supporting both the finance team and the wider business.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing supplier invoices, expenses, and staff reimbursementsMaintaining accurate financial records and filing systemsHelping to manage credit control and chase outstanding paymentsAssisting with payroll preparation and staff queriesSupporting ad-hoc finance projects and auditsAbout YouA keen interest in starting a career in finance or accountingStrong numeracy and attention to detailGood IT skills, especially Microsoft ExcelOrganised, with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlinesA positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learnPrevious experience in hospitality or finance is an advantage, but not essentialWhat We OfferA supportive team environment with opportunities for learning and developmentStudy support for AAT or equivalent qualifications (after probation)Staff discounts and hospitality perksExposure to a wide variety of finance tasks within a dynamic SMEWe focus on personality when recruiting new Team members.
