Finance Assistant
Location: Heath, Cardiff Hours: 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday Contract: Temporary Duration: 6 months with possible extension Pay Rate: 13.45 per hour The RoleManpower UK Ltd are recruiting for an experienced Finance Administrator on behalf of our public sector client. This role combines financial administration, purchasing and stock control, making it ideal for someone who has experience managing orders, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day to day administrative operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOrdering stock and supplies using an electronic purchasing system (ORACLE)Monitoring stock levels and ensuring supplies are maintainedCarrying out regular stock takes and maintaining accurate recordsReceipting goods and resolving any discrepanciesCompleting financial documentation, including profit and loss records and other related paperworkProcessing and maintaining accurate financial and administrative informationProviding general administrative support to the wider teamManaging data entry, filing and document controlLiaising with internal departments and external suppliers regarding orders and deliveriesUndertaking any other administrative duties as requiredAbout YouTo be successful in this role you will have:Previous experience in a finance or administration role within a busy office environmentExperience using an electronic purchasing or stock management system (Oracle or similar would be advantageous)Good numerical skills and experience handling financial ..... full job details .....
