The role supports the day-to-day finance activities of the commercial division, including purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash processes, and general ledger maintenance.This position provides a strong foundation within the finance function and offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their finance career within a growing organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase-to-PayProcess supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate authorisation in line with company policy.Manage supplier payment runs and reconcile supplier statements.Resolve supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.Order-to-Cash SupportSupport the preparation and issuing of sales invoices.Assist with managing outstanding debtor balances and follow up on overdue accounts.Maintain accurate records of customer transactions within the accounting system.General Ledger MaintenancePost journals and maintain the general ledger, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and coded.Support month-end processes, including accruals and prepayments.Assist with balance sheet reconciliations as required.General Finance ..... full job details .....
