Working as part of a supportive Central Finance Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations while supporting multiple sites across the organisation.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous finance experience who is looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.The RoleReporting to the Finance Manager, you will provide high-quality financial and administrative support across a broad range of finance activities.Key responsibilities will include:Assisting with month-end processes, including bank reconciliations and journal postingsProcessing income, sales invoices and cash receiptsRaising sales invoices and maintaining accurate financial recordsProcessing staff expenses and bursary paymentsSupporting BACS and faster payment runsManaging petty cash transactions and credit card reconciliationsAssisting with ledger reconciliations and finance reportingSupporting audit preparation and compliance activitiesResponding to finance-related queries via phone and emailProviding support to the wider finance team during busy periodsMaintaining accurate records and ensuring ..... full job details .....
