Responsibilities will include managing purchase and sales ledgers, processing payments, undertaking reconciliations, overseeing timesheet administration, managing CIS and VAT return processes, handling expenses, and carrying out ad-hoc finance functions.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in finance within a supportive and professional environment.Key Responsibilities- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports - journal postings- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger entries- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems- Support the budgeting and forecasting process with data collection and entry- Assist with payroll administration and expense claims processing- Handle supplier queries and liaise with stakeholders regarding finance-related issues- Manage purchase and sales ledger postingsCandidate Profile- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles- ..... full job details .....
