The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of accounting duties while supporting the day-to-day running of the finance function.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing purchase invoices and ensuring accurate coding and postingAssisting with supplier statement reconciliations and resolving queriesRaising sales invoices and supporting credit control activitiesProcessing employee expenses and company credit card transactionsAssisting with bank reconciliations and cash allocationSupporting month-end processes, including accruals and prepaymentsMaintaining accurate financial records and documentationAssisting with financial reporting and analysis as requiredLiaising with internal departments and external suppliersProviding general administrative support to the finance teamAbout YouPrevious experience in a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or similar finance roleGood understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processesStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyConfident using Microsoft Excel and accounting ..... full job details .....
