The role demands a proactive attitude, multitasking ability, and strong attention to detail. Create client invoices via Rapport, transfer to Sage, and manage purchase orders.Chase debtors, reconcile invoices, and update debtor statuses.Maintain banking records, manage credit card expenses, and reconcile weekly statements.Assist with administrative finance queries, audit preparations, and policy updates.THE IDEAL CANDIDATEMinimum 1+ year experience supporting finance functions in a practice or professional setting.Strong skills in Excel and SAGE.Experience with invoicing, debtor management, and bank reconciliations.Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.ON OFFERThis temporary role offers an engaging environment where you can develop your finance skills within a vibrant practice.
