Finance Assistant

This growing, exciting organisation based near Dorking are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their team. This is a newly created position within a stable organisation, and this will be a great time to join the team. Furthermore, this role will be fully office based however comes with flexible working hours as well as potential working from home. You will need to be a car driver to commute to the offices. You will also be working closely with the admin team, and your key responsibilities will be: Processing invoices, payments and receipts accurately and efficiently. Setting up new suppliers and checking supplier statements to reconcile supplier accounts. Supporting with the credit control function and escalating any issues to management. Reconciling bank statements and perform other balance sheet reconciliations as required. Supporting the Head of Finance with cashflow reporting and budget monitoring.
