You will also support in other areas of finance, and your key responsibilities will be: Take ownership of the collection of outstanding customer debts across the UK entities. Monitor aged debt and escalate issues in accordance with agreed procedures. Build strong relationships with customers to facilitate timely payment and dispute resolution. Support cash collection forecasting. Maintain accurate customer account records within the ERP system. Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
