Finance Assistant

This well-established growing organisation based in Farnham are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team. You will be joining a reputable organisation that is experiencing a fantastic period of growth and are now recruiting this new role into their finance team. Furthermore, this can be offered on either a full time or part time basis (30 hours a week). You will be supporting the daily running of the finance function and your key responsibilities will be: Processing invoices into the system and reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders. Liaising with suppliers regarding any queries and setting up new accounts. Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries. Process business expense returns. Assist in the BACS payments run process.
