You will join a supportive team and play an important role in the smooth day-to-day running of the finance function.Your New RoleAs Finance Administrator, you will provide support across Accounts Payable and general finance administration, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.Your key responsibilities will include:Processing and reviewing supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding to the appropriate nominal accounts and cost centres.Matching invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentation, investigating and resolving discrepancies where required.Maintaining accurate supplier records and supporting updates to vendor information.Responding to supplier queries and building effective working relationships with external vendors.Reconciling supplier statements and resolving outstanding differences.Reviewing employee travel and expense submissions in line with company policies.Processing and reconciling cash receipts accurately and within agreed timescales.Completing regular Accounts Payable ..... full job details .....
