Finance Assistant Lancing Salary £ per annum + study support (if desired) Our client is an organisation with a 100 year history of positive impact across the UK. Due to organisational growth, they''re looking to add a dedicated, career focused Finance Assistant to their team. Reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller and Finance Director, this individual will enjoy a varied role looking after 2 companies within the group. Full training and induction will be given, alongside the opportunity for future role development and progression. My client is keen to meet individuals looking to prove themselves and progress, with the energy and drive to do so. My client is happy to offer study support for those studying towards a professional accountancy qualification. This includes allowing time off for weekly study / classroom learning and sitting exams. They have a focus on staff engagement and motivation across the business, as shown in their Gold Award for Investors in People. At present, the role will be an on-site position. However, there is the opportunity for hybrid working once ''up and running'' so this arrangement will not be indefinite.
