Our client is seeking-Finance Assistant to join a busy and supportive finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role provides a mix of purchase ledger, credit control, and general finance administration duties.-
Key Responsibilities of a Finance Assistant:

Process purchase ledger invoices and input data into accounting systems.-

Support administration of job costing and finance systems.-
-
Raise sales invoices and-maintain-accurate-records.-
-
Assist-with credit control, including chasing outstanding payments.-
-
Review and process staff expenses.-
-
Complete supplier statement reconciliations.-
-
Manage shared finance inbox and respond to queries.-
-
Support general finance administration tasks.-
Key Skills of a Finance Assistant:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.-
-
Good organisational and time-management skills.-
-
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.-
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.-
-
Proactive, reliable, and approachable attitude.-
-
Basic understanding of finance processes is beneficial.-

Experience with accounting systems (e.g. Sage) is-advantageous.-

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.-

Full UK driving licence preferred.-
