Finance Assistant

This Finance Assistant role sits at the heart of the business, working closely with finance leadership and connecting across teams as the organisation continues to scale.

It''s hands-on, fast-moving, and ideal for someone who enjoys being part of something that is actively evolving.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Maintaining accurate and reliable financial records
• Processing invoices and liaising with suppliers and internal teams
• Supporting stock reporting and purchasing activity
• Helping build and manage structured payment schedules
• Supporting senior finance leadership with systems, processes, and improvements
• Preparing month-end reconciliations and highlighting key variances or issues
• Providing wider support as the business grows and develops

What We''re Looking For

• Experience in a varied finance support role
• Relevant qualification is adventitious i.e. Accounting Degree, AAT or someone completing their professional exams
• Someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable in a changing environment
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• A proactive approach, you take ownership rather than wait for instruction
• Confident working with different teams and senior stakeholders
• Most importantly, someone who will enjoy being part of a growth journey and contributing to it
