Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are recruiting for:We are looking for a Finance Assistant for a contract position based with our client in Colwich.Immediate start available (subject to interview process)Rate of pay is 14.00 per hour (depending on experience)The Temporary Finance Assistant who will provide short-term support to the Finance Manager and wider finance team, helping to maintain the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations during the temporary assignment. The role focuses on bank reconciliations, financial reporting, finance administration and accurate record keeping, ensuring work is completed promptly and in accordance with company procedures and relevant requirements.General Finance Support:Assist with daily and monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and discrepancies are resolved.Support the preparation of month-end and year-end financial information, including reports for internal stakeholders.Assist in preparing accruals, prepayments, journals, and other financial adjustments.Monitor company cash flow and assist with producing cash flow reports as required.Support internal and external audit activities by providing documentation and clarifications.Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.Maintain confidentiality, security, and accuracy of financial information at all times.Financial Administration and Process Improvement:Maintain accurate, organised ..... full job details .....
