SF are excited to be partnering will a well-known brilliant business based in Burton on Trent who are looking for a Finance Assistant on a full time, permanent basis. This is a great role for someone who is looking to get into a Customer service and Finance role.
Salary up to £28,000

Hours: 9am-5pm
Full office based
Job duties:
- Management & detailed review of Publican utility accounts, ensuring accurately billed and weekly instalments cover energy used for the portfolio of sites.
- Ensure records are accurately maintained to reflect all activity associated with the publicans utility account.
- Pro-active management of supplier queries and disputes through to resolution keeping all key stake holders informed throughout each stage.
- Validation of complex supplier billing and prepare for processing into the finance system.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Some customer service experience/Confident with being on the phone
- Not essential but some experience in Ledger work (Purchase/Sales Ledger or Credit Control)
- Must be a team player - Will be joining a fun and family feel team
- Good attention to detail
