Finance Assistant

We''re hiring a Finance Assistant to join our team at CT Fire Protection Ltd, based in South Kilworth, Lutterworth. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and supporting the Group Finance Director, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of a growing fire protection business with an annual turnover of approximately £3.5 million. This is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for an experienced finance professional who enjoys working within a small business environment where they can make a real impact on financial performance, compliance, and process improvements.This opportunity would suit a proactive individual who is comfortable managing a broad range of accounting responsibilities, from transactional finance and reconciliations through to financial reporting and supporting business decision-making.
