What will the Finance Assistant role involve? Process supplier invoices and credit notes with precision and attention to detail.Manage weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to approval processes.Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.Allocate incoming payments accurately and engage with customers to resolve outstanding queries.Assist in the ongoing implementation of AP automation tools and contribute to process improvements. Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a meticulous approach to work.Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with ERP systems.
