The Role As Finance Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the finance function, ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Sales Ledger Setting up and maintaining customer accounts. Issuing pro-forma invoices. Raising project invoices. Resolving customer account queries and discrepancies. VAT Administration Assisting with quarterly VAT returns. Supporting overseas VAT administration and compliance requirements. General Finance and Administration Assisting with statutory and statistical returns. Maintaining accurate digital finance records. Reconciling and administering petty cash. Providing general finance and administrative support when required. Expenses Processing employee expenses, including mileage and company credit card claims.
